100,000 Taxpayers Sign Doctor’s Petition To #CutFDARedTape!
We’re not the only ones calling for the FDA to cut red tape and spare puppies, stop waste, and save lives. We’ve got the support of powerful, bipartisan members of Congress.
And now more than 100,000 taxpayers have joined our mission, signing Dr. Tiffani Milless’ petition demanding the Food and Drug Administration abolish its wasteful and cruel dog testing mandate!

Dr. Milless is a pathologist—an expert on diagnosing human disease.
In this petition, she’s diagnosed severe problems with the FDA’s sick, outdated regulations, which “are slowing the search for a cure to COVID-19 and other illnesses by forcing drug makers to conduct unscientific and extremely cruel drug safety tests on puppies.”
“I can say with certainty that dosing puppies with drugs designed for humans is not just inhumane, but wasteful and unnecessary. It also will not make people safer—in fact, the FDA’s dog testing mandate harms human health and wastes precious resources,” Dr. Milless writes.
