A new Harvard poll found that a growing majority of Democrat and Republican taxpayers—52% and 59% respectively—think that a leak at the Wuhan Animal Lab caused the COVID pandemic. That’s nearly twice as many Americans as last year who now believe in the lab leak hypothesis.
A majority of Americans now back the COVID-19 lab leak theory, and “the belief is bipartisan,” according to a new poll.https://t.co/woWqYZ3oMl

Congress has taken note and Republican and Democrat lawmakers have joined forces to prevent future funding for the treacherous Wuhan Animal Lab:

NEW: Hardline measures aimed at China have enjoyed bipartisan support in spending bills the House aims to pass this week, from a ban on Chinese companies buying U.S. farmland to measures focused on the Wuhan Institute of Virology.https://t.co/JWCmhgxTjs

We should not be subsidizing research labs in China.
They have the second-largest GDP in the world, on the brink of overtaking us in terms of economic power. Why are we using U.S. dollars to subsidize the scientific research of a competitor?
Mind-blowing.https://t.co/SzCq2RI5Fr

Polling commissioned by WCW earlier this year also found that 77% of taxpayers want an independent investigation into whether the COVID pandemic is the result of a lab leak.
Fortunately, there’s also now bipartisan cooperation on Capitol Hill to investigate the origins of the COVID pandemic:

.@RepMarkGreen and I sent a letter to the NIH asking for information on reports that COVID-19 sequence data was deleted from a public database. We need to ensure our data is protected and secure, especially as we investigate the origins on the virus.https://t.co/ctwmKNbr1Y

My letter with @CongressmanRaja demands answers from the NIH over important deleted COVID-19 data. Why were early genetic sequences that could lead to answers deleted? https://t.co/OI5h8r8Td2

Great that Blue Dog @HouseDemocrats @RepStephMurphy @RepSpanberger @RepEdCase & @RepSchrader joining our call for a comprehensive #COVID19 origins investigation, including a bipartisan US national commission. Nothing could be more important to our future. https://t.co/Uo14Y5FYX6

You can take action too! Urge your Members of Congress to cosponsor the Defund the Wuhan Institute of Virology Act and permanently prohibit taxpayer funding for this dangerous and cruel lab!
