They all harm dogs. And they’re all funded with your tax dollars by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) — America’s number-one sponsor of animal experiments.
Members of Congress are getting increasingly tired of seeing their constituents’ tax dollars wasted on unnecessary and cruel dog tests by NIH white coats — and this week, Congressman (and Waste Warrior!) Greg Steube (R-FL) has had enough.
Rep. Steube has introduced the boldest dog-saving legislation we’ve ever seen: the Protecting Dogs Subjected to Experiments Act. This bill is short, sweet, lifesaving…and did we say BOLD?
This astonishing new bill, which you can read in full below (it’s only two paragraphs!) would defund ALL dog experiments supported by the National Institutes of Health. All of them!!
Americans across the political spectrum are opposed to dog testing, with a July 2022 poll finding that 73% of taxpayers across all parties supported bipartisan efforts to reduce NIH dog experiments. Republican and Democrat, conservative and liberal, young and old, male and female…each and every demographic wants NIH white coats to stop torturing dogs.
So do we!
WCW is proud to support Rep. Steube’s bill…because, as we’ve said many times before: when the money stops, the killing stops.

It is past time to end this ugy and worthless torture of dogs in labratoriies. The white coats in these labs have not reponded to demands and public pressure. Time to pass laws to make this practice illegal. .
