BUSTED: WCW BeagleGate Investigation Exposes Fauci Lied to Congress & Broke Law By Using Private Email for Govt Biz

  • New emails obtained by White Coat Waste Project expose that Dr. Fauci lied to Congress when he testified under oath in June that, “I do not do government business on my private email”
  • Emails obtained by WCW via the Freedom of Information Act show that in 2021 Fauci told a Washington Post reporter covering WCW’s Beaglegate campaign, “I will send you an e-mail via my gmail account”
  • Using personal email to evade FOIA requests and lying to Congress are federal crimes
  • WCW investigations previously uncovered how Fauci lied about not funding gain-of-function at the Wuhan animal lab and not funding beagle testing in Tunisia

Since early 2020, White Coat Waste Project has followed the money and exposed how Dr. Fauci repeatedly lied to Congress under oath about not funding gain-of-function at the Wuhan animal lab and that he lied about not bankrolling beagle torture in Tunisia.

Now, as first reported by the New York Post, we’ve uncovered evidence that Fauci broke federal law by using his personal email to evade Freedom of Information Act requests about Beaglegate and lied to Congress under oath about it.

Through a FOIA investigation, we’ve obtained a 2021 email between Fauci and the Washington Post’s Yasmeen Abutaleb–who was emailing with him and his NIH colleagues at the time for a now-debunked hit piece to try and discredit WCW’s BeagleGate campaign–in which Fauci tells Abutaleb, “I will send you an e-mail from my gmail account.”

Fauci lied to Congress

Days later in a WaPo cover story, Abutaleb published disinformation fabricated out of thin air by NIH and fed to her to discredit WCW and defend Fauci from our slam-dunk evidence that he funded beagle abuse in Tunisia.

But wait…there’s more.

Our new investigation also proves Fauci committed perjury in June during a contentious Congressional hearing when he was specifically asked about his use of private Gmail for NIH business.

Fauci’s right-hand-man at NIH, David Morens, stated in now-public Wuhan lab leak emails released in May that, “I can either send stuff to Tony on his private gmail, or hand it to him at work…He is too smart to let colleagues send him stuff that could cause trouble.” Morens also referenced a “secret back channel” he used to communicate with Fauci offline about the Wuhan lab.

Fauci lied to Congress

To investigate this apparent conspiracy to violate FOIA, during a bipartisan oversight hearing held by the Select Committee on the Coronavirus Pandemic on June 3, Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) asked Fauci, “Did you communicate with anyone relating to any anything regarding NIH…on a private email?”

Fauci responded: “I do not do government business on my private email.” Watch the exchange below:

In response to a similar question from Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), Fauci stated, “I have never conducted official business via my private email.”

The emails we unearthed prove he was lying.

The punishments for violating FOIA and lying to Congress carry criminal penalties including fines and jail time.

Fauci’s the poster child for government corruption and Congress needs to hold him accountable for his abuses.
